Several years ago I attended a local badge and patch
show and realized that there is a tremendous history
in the tools that law enforcement and corrections
officers have used through the years.
Of special interest to me are the handcuffs and
nippers,(come alongs), that were designed and made
in the United States.
I began to collect and have gotten to the point where I
want to share some of this amazing history.
