Notting Hill Carnival is an annual event which since 1966 has taken place on the streets of Notting Hill, London.

Instinto was the name of a club in the outskirts of Barcelona. I went there trying to contact members of a gang known as the "Latin Kings", I didnt find any gang member but I found myself in a club were young latinamericans danced to the sounds of reggaeton and salsa with viguor and enthusiasm. I photographed their intensity as they lose themselves to the music and eachother.... The club was closed after a police raid. You can see more from this project at: www.lluisartus.com
