Lima Surf

In Lima, Peru, life revolves around the sea.

It is the source of the fish for the Peruvian national dish, Ceviche - a plate of raw fish smothered in lime juice and garnished with red onions.

Whether on boat or on land, fisherman are visible all day long, working along the waterfront, in perfect harmony with the surfers and swimmers crowding the waters.

Along the sea shore, friends and families gather for picnics. Children splash in the water along the rocky beaches while their parents enjoy a snack.
